New Delhi: IndiGo faced another technical disruption on Friday, August 21, affecting its online booking system for the second time in the same week. Some passengers were unable to search for or book flights through the airline’s website, while others reported difficulties with web check-in and payment confirmations.

The airline’s website displayed a service advisory indicating intermittent problems with its core reservation platform. Users searching for flights were also shown a “no data available” message, preventing some customers from completing bookings.

IndiGo said its technical teams were working with a technology partner to restore the affected services. Passengers requiring immediate assistance were advised to contact the airline’s customer support centre, while those travelling later were asked to try the website or mobile application again.

The latest disruption came just two days after a similar technical problem was reported on August 19. IndiGo had then acknowledged intermittent issues with its reservation platform, which affected online bookings and check-in for some customers.
